Customer Care Executive

To Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face & handle and resolve customer complaints. Process orders, forms, applications and requests & organize workflow to meet customer timeframes. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments & meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service etc.
