Ciel Technology is looking for a Business Development Specialist who will play a pivotal role in the progress of the company.
Job Description:
- Find and hunt clients, and companies for software-related projects
- Prepare proposals according to clients and company for projects
- Schedule appointments/meetings, prepare and deliver presentations to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Conduct research to identify new markets, clients, and projects
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-project completion support
- Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Emails and cold calling to potential customers to prospect for business.
MUST Have:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, preferably with a US or UK Accent
- At least 3 years experience of services based software company
- Must have Lead generation experience (Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiver, People Per Hour etc.)
- Experience in off-shore business development, particularly in EU, US, CA, and AU regions.
- Experience with cold calls, warm calls, lead closure, and generating project proposal
- Exceptional negotiation skills & convincing Power
- Must be a team player and excellent stress manager target driven, proactive attitude and must be focused on the results
