Description:
The primary focus will be the creation and implementation of web and mobile apps with an emphasis on clean and efficient code, always with an eye on usability and performance.
Responsibilities:
· Your main duties will include the creation of modules, components, Web API controllers, C# middle tier services and unit tests that meet defined functional requirements in an Agile development environment
· UI/UX designs are delivered by the design team and implementation of those designs in terms of web API, front end animations, CSS, and conforming HTML will be up to you
· You will work on a high functioning team along with dedicated front-end developers, other full-stack developers and business process analysts
Qualifications:
· A degree in computer science or equivalent
· 2+ years of experience in professional web development
· Great communication skills as a core member of an internationally-based team
· Passion for web technologies and a desire to remain up to date with the latest technologies
Required Skills:
· Expert in one or more languages: C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net
· Expert in JavaScript with experience in React, Backbone, Angular or similar
· Expert in HTML & CSS
· Good experience with T-SQL
· Knowledge of the ECMAScript 2016 (ES2016) Standard
· Good experience with shared code and use of source control platforms
· Knowledge of Agile software development processes
· Appreciation of software development best practices
· Knowledge of web application security best practices
· Experience with Visual Studio
Preferred Skills:
· Prior experience with Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ and automated testing
· Experience of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, etc.
· Experience authoring for mobile devices
· Experience working on high-traffic, responsive websites and applications
