Quality Assurance Specialist

Cipher Developments Pvt Ltd Lahore is a dynamic soware development company, commied to delivering exceponal customer experiences. As we connue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance specialist to join our team and ensure the highest standards in customer interacons.

Responsibilies:

Conduct thorough quality assessments on sales calls to evaluate adherence to scripng, compliance, and customer service standards.
Provide construcve feedback and coaching to sales representaves based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to idenfy training needs and develop targeted improvement plans.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom products, promoons, and industry regulaons.
Generate insighul reports on call quality metrics, highlighng areas for improvement and success.

Qualificaons:

Previous experience in quality assurance is a plus.
Excellent communicaon and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data effecvely.
Proven ability to provide construcve feedback and support connuous improvement.

Requirements:

English fluency is a must (Read, Write, Speak), since you will be dealing with US based customers.
Preference to Female Candidates
