Clean & Green Services Pvt Ltd is a British-owned Janitorial service provider based in Islamabad. We are passionate about delivering a professional and ethical based service to domestic and commercial clients.

We invest in the latest equipment, machinery and staff to ensure an excellent service. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Branch manager to join our new and growing team at our Lahore Office in Gulberg, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Meet with Potential Clients to generate new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts for the company.
Maintain good relationship with the existing clients and all stakeholders.
Assess suppliers along with the price, quality and ease of the delivery.
Ensure the smooth delivery of the services and customer Satisfaction.
Meet with vendors, Keep accurate records of items, costs, deliveries, and inventories.
Coordinates with the Head Office on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations of the branch.

Requirements:

Sound knowledge of a Cleaning/Maintenance Business.·
Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team.·
Exemplify a strong attention to detail.·
Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.·
Must have computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.·
Previous experience of Service Industry ideally in Asset Management Company.·
Must possess driving License.·
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.·
Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities.
