Clean & Green Services Pvt Ltd is a British-owned Janitorial service provider based in Islamabad and Lahore.

We are passionate about delivering a professional and ethical based service to domestic and commercial clients.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Manager Facility and Operations to join our new and growing team at our Lahore Branch.

Candidates who apply must have former experience in Facility Management.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain good relationships and contractual obligations with all Private & Government Sector, and returning customer clients.
Ensure feedback from Private, Government, and Residential Clients is conveyed to head office and any feedback is actioned.
Set objectives & targets for all departments under GM supervision and monitor performance against KPI’s.
Work closely with HR on staffing strategies, recruitment approach & team structure.
Prepare & Implement Management Policies, Procedures, Maintenance Plans.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Clean & Green Policies & Procedures.
To assist HR in the monitoring of qualification of all management and technical staff and
arrangement of Training Programs.
Assist HR by interviewing and inducting all new staff at the branch.
Preparation & Submission of Business Proposals, Negotiation, Contract Signing.
Manage inventory & office stock and ensure reporting procedures are followed for the Asset Register.
To perform all Corporate Affairs and Administration Functions.
