We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to sales in his area.The key deliverables for this position are:

  • Market | Sell Smart Control Systems for large scale commercial/residential projects on a nationwide basis
  • Understand customer requirements and present complete technical solutions & proposals, pre-sale design
  • Generate fresh leads and follow up with potential customers
  • Efficiently respond to queries and achieve assigned sale targets
  • Develop & deliver solution presentations, conduct system demonstrations & POCs
  • Brand promotion and relationship building with Property Owners, Architects, Consultants, Builders & Contractors
  • Prepare technical specifications & requirement write ups
  • Develop, submit and negotiate quotes, proposals, marketing materials and related documentation
  • Traveling within city / within the country to visit potential clients
  • Responsibilities include day to day Sales call, customer visits
  • Target-oriented approach with full-fledged command on Pre-sales & Post Sales activities
  • Able to maintain customer & prospect database
  • Outgoing Personality with no hesitation in outbound sales activities.

Skills Required

  • Direct Sales, Lead Generation & Closure, Conversion to sale, Client Follow-ups, Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience of institutionalized AV, IT sales or high-end residential products & Technology Knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Audio Video & Lighting Controls Systems for Hotels, Banks, Government, Healthcare, Universities and Upscale Residences a plus.
