We’re looking for someone who can build projects from scratch, manage teams, and drive execution — with full command of the tools that make it all possible
What You’ll Do:
- Launch and manage client projects across web, marketing, and virtual assistant services
- Be the execution engine — from onboarding to delivery
- Lead and coordinate a small remote team (developers, designers, marketers)
- Handle client communication and help close deals
- Set up efficient workflows, tools, and systems (no micromanagement needed)
- Stay proactive, organized, and fast-paced with multiple priorities
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have strong working knowledge of tools like:
- Slack/Discord, Trello, Notion, Google Workspace
- Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Grammarly
- Wix, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow (basic level is okay)
- Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email automation tools
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer
- Have agency or freelance experience
- Are great with systems, timelines, and follow-through
- Can manage both people and platforms without needing constant instruction
Bonus Points For:
- Basic understanding of accounting or tax services
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation hack.
