 The Cluster requires a full-time Operations Manager to perform the following duties:

  1. Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Operations Staff
  2. Act as a liaison with government departments
  3. Ensure compliance with the codal formalities of the government or any regulatory bodies in relation to the completion of the project
  4. Maintain excellent relations with all the vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  5. Be responsible for timely communication with all stakeholders and maintenance of records
  6. Maintain budget documents and keep a record of financial documents
  7. Coordinate with the finance and procurement teams of the company
  8. Act as a focal person for any queries and outreach to clients

Required Competencies: Desire-able candidate must have:

  1. Good eye for detail
  2. Must be proactive
  3. Must have good written and presentation skills
  4. Willing to travel locally and internationally
