Lab Technician

Performing daily Lab tasks.
Reviewing and approving new formulations, labels, shelf life extensions, repacks and in-house preparations.
Writing, reviewing and approving Quality documentation, including validation protocols and reports, change controls and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) deviations.
Observing and complying with company Health and Safety Policies.
Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct the assigned lab tests to ensure that tests are conducted in compliance with approved practices and procedures.
Communicating and secure changes in product requirements.
Devising, establishing & communicate a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
Conduct preliminary patent searches on potential new inventions/applications.
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Maintain and update laboratory databases
Provide management with regular progress reports of tests
Any other tasks assigned by management.
