Responsibilities

Act as GUI Team Lead for all the CodeX products in development or testing phase
Lead a team of at least 5+ Junior GUI developers
Mentor junior engineers to become proficient developers using best software development practices and processes
Lead by example and contribute to a team culture that values quality, robustness, and scalability while fostering initiatives and innovation.
Interacting actively with Product Directors to understand and capture requirements and present feedback and results
Analyze requirements and design the product from concept (if applicable) to final hand-off to engineering
Incorporating simplicity and user friendliness in design implementations
Get the product implemented from the team in an effective and efficient way
Testing and QA coordination
Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues

Technical Requirements

1+ year as GUI Team Lead and Total employment experience of 3 yrs. or more
High level of expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery (DOM Manipulation), CSS3, HTML5 (2+ years)
Very good knowledge and hands-on with ReactJS
Solid understanding and programming experience of Object Oriented concepts (4+ years)
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with modern software development practices (test-driven development, Agile continuous integration)
Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including Algorithms, Complexity Analysis, Data Structures, Problem Solving
Experience with refactoring code, evolving architectures, and Unit Testing

Nice to have

Basic understanding and knowledge of developing HTTP Service Worker scripts and WebAssembly
Good knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWS)
Solid understanding and programming experience of Object Oriented concepts (4+ years)
