Node.js Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Node.js Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building high-performance I/O applications, specifically with Node.js. This role requires a deep understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and scalable systems design. You will work closely with other engineers and product managers to design, develop, and optimize our I/O-intensive applications for maximum performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize I/O-intensive applications using Node.js.
Build and maintain scalable, high-performance systems that can handle large volumes of traffic.
Work with product managers and other engineers to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code.
Implement and improve automated testing and monitoring for our systems.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience building high-performance I/O applications with Node.js (Nest js Framework)
Expertise in asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Strong understanding of networking protocols and concepts such as TCP, HTTP, and WebSocket.
Experience with load testing, performance tuning, and debugging.
Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL or Redis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Python is a plus.
Experience Building Trading Systems (stocks/crypto) is a plus.
