1. Supervising the cleaning and preparing of the offices.
2. Serving the clients according to their requests, also in accordance with the company's SOPs.
3. Setting up of the offices and space before and after the member's usage on daily basis.
4. Managing the Cafe operations on daily basis.
5. Training of the junior staff on hygiene and personal grooming.
6. Following the daily checklists whilst opening and closing of the center.
7. Helping the department head in implementation of the SOPs as well as identification or updation of any gaps or loopholes in the defined process.
8. Managing the team rosters and schedules in accordance to the work requirement.
