The person will be responsible to provide departmental support to all academic and organizational activities like examinations, workshops, seminars, courses, conferences, convocations and different meetings in the best interest of the institution.

The individual should be able to develop administrative plans, monitor activities of the department for food and beverage arrangements, prepare daily activity schedule, monitor and assure the boarding and lodging arrangements made through the concerned staff for visitors i.e. senior officials, guests, examiners, coming to and moving from the head office, suggesting the guests for scheduling the flight itinerary and assisting in visa processes, monitor and assure the appropriate security measures at the college premises.

The individual applying for this position and all allied activities should preferably be a Masters in Public Administration/MBA/MA/MAS from an HEC recognized institution OR qualified in Hotel/Hospital/Travel/Protocol Management with 07 to 10 years experience of administration in an academic environment.

Computer skills and strong communication skills are pre-requisite for this position.
