The Project Director will be accountable for overall planning and implementation of the project from initial stage till the project is completed/ functional.
He will be directly responsible for planning, managing, controlling of all projects activities inclusive of design work, execution and management. He will also assist & provide technical support services to the concerned departments for proper maintenance of the respective building / premises during its use. Proper Liaison with the appointed Project Consultant / Contractor / Vendor in regard to designing, preparation of technical proposals, tender invitation, supervision of construction activities, quality and timely completion of project as per approved schedule of construction and requisite specifications of the user. To prepare ongoing projects reports, latest progress activities, evaluate project performance of functional areas including detailed project budgeting, cash flows. Identify and mitigate project risk. Plan, Coordinate and direct activities of technical services (i.e Bio-Medical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical/ Plumbing, Civil work with power generation provisions. Effective Coordination in the procurement of all materials/services. Sr. Retired Army personnel may also apply.
QUALIFICATION: B.E Civil preferably M.E/M.Sc. Construction Management (Civil Engineering or Architectural) from a reputed University recognized by HEC, Islamabad, knowledge / experience related to the field of medical education shall be preferred.Additional qualification along with PMP certification. Well versed in Computer skills with basic software knowledge of Civil Engineering technique. Having strong communication skill both verbal & written.
