We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative to engage with potential customers, provide product information, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products
Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
Maintain and update customer records.
Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships.
Stay updated on company products, offers, discounts, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Hand-on experience with MS. Office
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
