As a Factory Supervisor, your major responsibilities will be supervising the following:
1) Production process ensuring set targets of produce are achieved.
2) Monitoring the seed receiving process, acceptance or rejection of supply.
3) Offloading of seeds and proper piling and segregation of lots with appropriate markings
4) Storing and stacking of products with appropriate identifications and markings
5) Reviewing quality control reports and ensuring products are or required quality
6) Loading of correct products in accordance with orders.
