Must have experience on final expense campaign
Have impeccable communication skills.
Must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved at any full/part-time job.
Have good written and verbal English communication skills.
Able to work in Night shifts.
Must be fluent in English with native American accent
Managing the workflow of the call center doing QC of the calls made by agents, if needed
Have a skill to lead a team just like a good team leader / have leadership skills
Have ability to take interviews for short listing agents.
