Responsibilities:
- Candidate identification for positions in various sectors at different levels.
- Strategically matching of the CVs keeping the JDs in line and the requirements by the companies
- Recruiting and identifying the best potential candidates for the Multinational Companies.
- Initial screening of the resumes
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates
- Maintenance of candidate databases for priority candidates
- Assisting in payroll operational activities.
