Falah gained commercial license by virtue of the Companies Ordinance Act of 1984 with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (the SECP) and other relating authorities to establish an independent business company that pursues the rules, regulations and requirements stated by the regulators in the jurisdiction.

Falah is a jointly owned company that preforms business under supervision of a highly qualified and experienced Board of Directors (BOD) and a comprehensive management system which oversees business products development and their marketing by complying with local and international rules and regulations.
