INSO currently operates in eleven countries with more than 840 NGO organisational members worldwide.

At NGO\'s request, INSO has the capacity to start at least two new countries per year including both short term emergency response operations and/or longer running platforms in chronic and/or forgotten crises.

Regional and global services remain limited to World Alert at this stage but new capacities are in development and will include regional and global data, mapping and access-focused qualitative research.
