The Lahore Y.M.C.A has a proud tradition of service to Pakistan, the Punjab and Lahore. For 132 years, the Y.M.C.A has been famous as a venue for historical meetings and social events. We have been involved in social service projects, most notably the earthquake relief of 2005 and 2006. We maintain a commercial college that is growing in renown throughout the nation. he Lahore Y.M.C.A is also running a small primary school, a commercial college, language classes, sports facilities and a drama society.

It also provides a home for other NG0s complementary to the Y.M.C.A's essential work. The facilities are used by literary societies as well. The Y.M.C.A arranges lectures on drug abuse and preventive measures. Religious organizations hold meetings regularly at the Y.M.C.A.
