- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of internal policies
- Identify hidden operational risks to departments and revise the company procedures accordingly to overcome non-conformity issues
- Compile and prepare documents for in time regulatory, statutory and tax reporting and filing
- Monitoring developments in tax legislation with respect to NGO/NPO etc.
- Identifying complex tax problems and develop solutions in consultation with tax advisor/expert
- Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget
- Time to time budget vs program analysis in consultation with Director Programs to review and make provision for the future
- To liaise with departments to extract reports and required information
- Perform any other task as and when required by the Management
