Manage branch operations, and ensure smooth execution to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels
Job Description / Responsibilities
Their work includes:
- Effectively manage daily operations of the branch
- Develop and implement sales plans for real estate
- Conduct regular sales and operations meetings
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, network and social media
- Use all available means in order to establish contacts and develop relationships with potential customers
- Manage budget, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives for the branch
- Demonstrate and present products to potential customers
- Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
- Organize events for the branch if required
- Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
- Resolve customer problems and complaints on prompt basis
- Must plan to achieve weekly or monthly targets
- Negotiate/close deals
- Comply with company’s dress code policy
- Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Proficiency in convincing/ negotiating skills
- 7 to 10 years working experience in project sales and Real Estate Sales
Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sale manage
- Team management
Se Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Managerial Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
