Concept Beverages Pvt Ltd is a UK Based company launching in Lahore, Pakistan with one of its high-demand brands. (Name will be revealed very soon via digital and print media).
We are looking for young and energetic staff to run the daily operations of the café.
For now, we are launching with 1 brand with a couple of Add-Ons, and later we will be introducing all of our brands.
It will be a great opportunity for talented individuals to grow with us in the local market while gaining exposure of an International Brand.

Responsibilities of Café Waiter/Waitress

Greet & Welcome customers.
Receive & Manage Customer Orders. (Dine-In & Take away orders).
Entry of sales records into the system.
Cleaning of tables once customers leave.
Preparing customer’s order if required. (Training will be provided).
Beverages machines handling & cleaning at the end of the shift.
Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy. (Janitorial staff will be available for this).
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Requirements

Work experience as a Café/Restaurant waiter cum order taker.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple orders.
Customer service attitude
High school diploma
Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus

Location of Café: Gullberg

Morning Shift: 9 am to 6 pm

Night Shift: 6 pm to 3 am
