Handling customers via Live Chats, Email Correspondence Inbound Calls are the major tasks.

Need to have great English writing skills.

Job includes Pure Customer Service Operations for our client.

This is a shift based office job, so only apply if one can work in a rotation of shifts and you are not doing any particular job otherwise.
