Job Responsibilities:
Managing and looking after the recruitment & selection activities from placing job ads till their placement
Ensuring effective induction
Handling separation related matters from resign till final settlement
Organizing in-house trainings depending upon the staff competency development requirements
Implementing the PMS for performance review while providing advice & assistance as and when required
Initiating disciplinary actions as per company’s policy
Corresponding with insurance companies for fluctuations, reimbursement and similar cases.
Ensuring effective implementation of HR SOP while advising changes in it due to external or internal factors.
Managing employee related databases.
Maintaining HR Files & insurance related records with necessary documentation.
Processing change requests i.e. (change in title, department, reporting etc)
Providing creative input in HR policies for continual development
Job Specification:
03 – 05 years of HR Generalist experience
Strong Communication & Persuasive skills
MS Office Proficient (Especially in MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Visio)
MBA – HRM from any reputable Institute
Must be familiar with Pakistan Labor Laws & Employee Insurance related matters
Candidate with Logistics & Supply Chain experience shall be preferred
