3) Preparation of Bill of quantities and/or filling the quantities in provided bid form
4) Exploring new construction materials and their specifications. Searching the vendors of that particular material in the vicinity of project location
5) Exploring new software used in market for quantification
6) Coordination and communication with clients for clarification of queries and making necessary negotiation revision with Owner and/or GC
Project Based Tasks
1) Demolition and renovation works for Commercial and Residential buildings
2) Architectural works and Structural works for Commercial and Residential ground up buildings
3) Façade work of buildings including FISP and Local Law 11 works
