· Develop a comprehensive plan to turn Digital Hubs into potent centers of activity for communities around them
· Developing creative and tangible ways to harness the full potential of Digital Hubs, i.e. utilize them in avenues other than direct linkage to income generation e.g. health and education
· For all Hub locations, prepare a list of potential parties/stakeholders/institutions, for active involvement in usage and operation of the technology
