Cooking Responsibilities:

  • Cook tea/lunch on daily basis
  • Purchase raw materials for cooking from market on daily basis;
  • Clean & wash kitchen utensils, vegetables, fruits & make them ready for service;
  • Keep the hygiene and tidiness of kitchen and make sure the refrigerator is clean all the time;
  • Sorted out the kitchen foodstuff in daily basis and make sure to remove spoiled food stuff (meat, fruits, cooked dishes from kitchen;
  • Keep spoilable foodstuffs in refrigerator;
  • Boil water & making tea;
  • Wash and clean crockery after each time of meals and arrange them in cupboards;
  • Clean the kitchen after each time of meals every day.

Cleaning Responsibilities:

  • Clean two times a day tidy rooms, bathrooms, Corridors, windows glasses, office assets (desk, tables, furniture etc.);
  • Service lunch and help cook to provide lunch and dinner;
  • Collect back all crockery after meal;
  • Help cook in washing crockery; 
  • Ensure general cleaning of office compound;
  • Clean daily the office compound and make sure the garbage are collecting by collector regularly;
