We are a fast-growing software development agency looking for an experienced and driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on sales execution to generate leads, build client relationships and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media
- Manage brand identity, website updates, case studies, and marketing assets
- Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams to align messaging
- Monitor marketing KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CPL etc.) and optimize accordingly
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies
- Oversee lead nurturing through automation tools and targeted campaigns
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Qualify inbound leads and manage outbound outreach (cold calling, cold emails, messages etc.)
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service packages to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with key clients and handle account follow-ups
- Use CRM tools to track the sales pipeline, activities, and performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in IT or software services
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong command of marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Mailchimp etc.)
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or similar)
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agency business models
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
