Job Responsibilities

Create Reports from ERP database related to Inventory of multiple stores on a weekly basis
Check fast and slow moving inventory
Suggest transfers between stores and ageing of goods
Promotion creation
Aging reports
Inventory movements
Stock take and accuracy
Monitor transfer of goods between stores and ensure the job is completed within the deadline
Experience in inventory issues of negative and create check list and montior
Forecast the trend of commodity sales,
Responsible for issuing weekly replenishment orders
Responsible for the establishment and improvement of inventory gap analysis
Analyze the sales data and inventory data,
Control and optimize the inventory structure
Create option plan for each store by clothing category and map it with sales and stock to ensure always in stock suitation
Responsible for day to day inventory analysis for management and keep data on dash board in excel
Transfer between stores based on ageing and fast movers and create transfer plans to move inventory
Replenishment from warehouse to stores
organize stock take
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
Proficient specially Excel, vlookup, pivots, dashboard creation, filter of data and making it look simple for management
