We are hiring call center agents in the Part-time for Australia Campaign agents are required with Good communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities:

Additionally, agents are responsible for answering phones from customers professionally.
Responding to customer inquiries and Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions.
Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Requirements:

1 Year of experience as a calling agent.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills in English along with active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Intermediate or Bachelor's Degree required.

Training sessions included Depending on how hard you work and generate sales during this session, and how patient and responsible you are, your probation period will be over soon, And you are promoted and get an increment in salary also a commission on each sale.
