Management Trainee Officer

Cotton Web Limited, a prominent player in the Textile & Garments industry, is seeking a Management Trainee Officer to join our dynamic team located in Lahore, Pakistan. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a team of three individuals in the production department, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Assist in planning and executing production schedules based on operational demands, quality checks, and inventory levels.
Develop strong communication channels within the team and facilitate cooperation to meet production goals efficiently.
Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize data interpretation and logical reasoning to evaluate production metrics and recommend solutions.
Engage in continuous learning about yarn manufacturing, fabric processing, and garment machinery to contribute effectively.
Apply 7QC tools to drive quality control initiatives and maintain industry standards across all production phases.
Participate in the preparation and maintenance of T&A calendars, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Exhibit emotional intelligence when addressing team conflicts or challenges, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to ensure skills development and career alignment within the organization.
Build relationships with various departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives.
