Effective customer liaison to ensure all agreed requirements of the customers are fulfilled
Ensure that OTIF (On time In Full) commitment with the customer is honored
Collect and compile data pertaining to customer complaints and suggest appropriate corrective actions within the relevant work domain, after consultation with the immediate supervisor
Ensure timely dispatch and approval of production sample to the customer prior to sending the shipment.
Ensure consistent coordination and follow up with production to meet customer requirements and timelines
