Ensure seamless communication throughout the Supply chain (GDP, GWP, Finishing) .
Maximize the output by optimum planning of resources (GDP, GWP)
Ensure optimum level of WIP by proper balancing from cut to pack (GDP/GWP/Finishing).
Ensure that Special effect/ Washing are being planned with maximum utilization of resources.
Ensure that production plan will be locked for at least 7 days, keeping in view all risk factors
Manage time lines by involving the relevant parties, in case of any bottle necks, and ensure in time production by the external supplier / vendors.
Analyse and reduce production bottlenecks to avoid unplanned accumulation of WIP in lines
Coordinate with all the departmental managers involved in production before finalizing the production plan, Special effect, Washing, and commercial.
