CreatWhiz is looking for business development executives, mainly online bidders who will be responsible for writing proposals for graphic designing, web and mobile app projects. Be able to pro actively assesses & understand client needs. Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieve their business goals.
- Prior experience in software company is preferred.
- Possess English reading & understanding skills.
- Should have Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general, and should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), with Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Graphic Design, Web Design & Mobile Application Development.
Job Specification:
- 2-3 years’ experience in bidding required.
- You'll be required to bid on various outsourcing portals
- Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, People per Hour, Guru and other bidding websites
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
- Draft emails and proposals for web and app projects
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Dedicated, highly motivated & self-driven to take charge of the bidding and lead generation process.
- Excellent knowledge of accounts set up, work requirements and methodology of online bidding platforms Upwork and Guru etc.
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Bid effectively to generate new business, branding and contacts generation.
- Identifying client requirements, proposing appropriate solution.
- Must be able to coordinate and share information with the team members to generate accurate quotes.
- Track and analyze competitor activities.
- Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
- Good understanding on how to avoid refunds.
- Pro-actively bidding in online market places for projects on a daily basis.
Shift Options: 12 PM – 8 AM (Mon – Sat)
