Creative Solution Zone is a leading IT Services company committed to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial statements.
Process invoices, and payments, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely execution.
Assist with budget preparation and expense management.
Ensure compliance with statutory accounting policies and financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary information for annual audits.
Support the finance department in financial planning and decision-making processes.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
