We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Node.js and React Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Node.js and React Expert, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications, implementing new features, and driving technical excellence across our projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop robust and scalable web applications using Node.js and React technologies.
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex features and functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and React development.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Node.js and React Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and React programming languages.
Experience with building RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
Solid understanding of front-end development using React, Redux, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with database management systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certification in Node.js or React development.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
