Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales regarding new company business. The manager duties include maintaining existing accounts, developing new accounts, and coordinating with marketing and technology teams. A successful business development manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.


  • Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects
  • Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements
  • Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success
  • Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with marketing and technology teams to provide solutions
  • Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
  • Monitor and manage project performance
  • Oversee the development of new client relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Excellent technical and communication skills
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CMS) software
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • A track record of following through on commitments
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser and device compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics
  • Ability to function as a contributing team member and interact positively and openly with peers and other departments in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Must possess strong time management skills and be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated and able to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to set priorities and work effectively to manage deadlines on projects and tasks
  • Ability to learn, take direction, and handle critiques
  • Understands the US market
  • Data driven decision maker
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Can juggle multiple responsibilities and projects at once
  • Self-starting attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under deadlines
  • Team player and creative thinker
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, a related field and/or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
