As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of FinTech. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with our vision. Your deep understanding of AI and its applications in FinTech, combined with your experience in international markets, particularly the US and EU, will drive the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product roadmap for our FinTech AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
Collaborate with AI research and development teams to integrate the latest AI technologies into our products.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscapes in the US and EU financial sectors.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
Define metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the US and EU markets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the FinTech industry, with a proven track record of developing successful AI-based products.
1 year as a software developer
Extensive experience working with US or EU-based companies, with a deep understanding of the regulatory and business environments in these regions.
Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
