We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have a strong understanding of Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage requirements, and be able to assist our clients with all aspects of their travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages to prospective clients.
Provide detailed information about package inclusions, pricing, and travel arrangements.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist clients in selecting the most suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience, preferably in sales of travel packages or the hospitality industry.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah regulations and procedures is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Basic Salary: PKR 40,000/- to 55,000/- (Depends on experience & skills)
