Generation, reconciliation and review of all branch operational reports and ensure correct and timely reporting of branch affairs to HO and regulators
Stop Payment of Cheques on system and record keeping
Be instrumental in the resolution of customer problems that branch service staff is unable to directly resolve.
Management of controllable cost components to maintain the cost at minimum level
Ensure all charges applicable on branch services are being charged as per schedule of charges
All security matters / arrangements of the Branch are effectively in place
Handle branch legal matters and queries raised by the government authorities in consultation with all internal stakeholders
Managerial Lead & motivate branch service staff towards achieving over all branch goals Supervise, train & develop staff to improve competency at branch and build a strong service culture.
Effective supervision of branch staff including BSO/SA/LC
