Reviewing resumes and applications.
Update social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook).
Conducting telephonic interviews with the candidates.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Coordinating with Leads and candidates for scheduling the Tests/interviews.
Pre and Post Onboarding process for selected candidates.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Training new or existing employees.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
