We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), as well as hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs into real-world web applications.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of intelligent automation and wants to see their models have a direct impact on user-facing products.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI and ML models to solve real business problems (e.g., recommendation systems, NLP tasks, classification, anomaly detection, etc.).
- Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face) into existing web platforms.
- Work closely with frontend/backend developers to embed AI-driven features into web applications.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models or build custom ML solutions as needed.
- Analyze large datasets and conduct feature engineering to improve model performance.
- Optimize model performance and monitor results in production environments.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks in the AI/ML space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
- Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Vision/NLP, Azure Cognitive Services) into web apps.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web development stacks.
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools: data preprocessing, model evaluation, deployment (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and generative AI.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Prior experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
