Bluestone Innovation is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telesales Representatives (Outbound). This opportunity is perfect for fresh graduates who have a passion for communication and data management and are eager to build a career in sales within a fast-paced, international environment. The role involves working night shifts aligned with the Pacific Time Zone and is based on-site in Karachi. Successful candidates will engage directly with clients through outbound calls and will have the chance to grow in a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients, clearly presenting product and service information.
- Organize and manage data using MS Excel and other tools to monitor sales activities and customer interactions.
- Maintain professionalism and strong interpersonal communication during all client engagements.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, sales strategies, and customer service to enhance performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or MBA, preferably specialized in Sales.
- Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Skilled in MS Excel and comfortable using data management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage customers.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and readiness to thrive in a performance-oriented environment.
- No prior sales experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to develop are essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
