Company deal in home and personal care products looking for skilled resource to join our team as customer service/admin.
We looking for individual who can listen to customer issues and offer them solution.
Candidate must have problem solving nature, good at listening,good communication skill.
Candidate must have strong grip at ms word, ms excel, ms powerpoint.
Candidate must having two to three year relevant experience.
Master’s degree required in marketing or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining all records
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services
- Making calls to all leads given by an external resource and shortlist the potential users who are interested in using our products
- Stay in contact with the potential users on regular basis and compile all the results
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
- Strong presentation and writing skills.
