Coordinate and build strong technical and business relationships with partners/customers.
Key Responsible for the broadband Nationwide Infrastructure & KPI.
Assist partners/customers to resolve their services and hardware related issues.
Manage a team of NOC engineers for day to day operations i.e. 24/7 * 365 Days.
Involved in planning and deployment of new network equipment in broadband infrastructure along with engineering teams.
Provisioning and management of new partner’s circuits according to our infrastructure.
Monitoring and management of Metro Ethernet ring; broadband network equipment’s installed at PoPs and Data Center.
Diagnosis and escalation of network and system related issues & coordinate with various departments such as Network Engineering, System Engineering, fiber operations team and upstream providers to resolve them.
Analyze the processes and recommend improvements in operational procedures.
Maintain and management of smooth operation of broadband billing application, DHCP, SMTP, Radius, entertainment portals servers, cloud hosted VM’s and other resources.
Meet KPIs of department through efficient utilization of human resource.
Network monitoring and analyzing through multiple IT management software & monitoring tools.
Ensure updates in SOP and processes in accordance with the NOC policies and procedures.
Act as a mentor to team members for technical development of every individual.
