Draft and reviewe legal agreements, contracts, documents, and work in coordination with other departments including tax, treasury and revenue
Familiar with Civil Law, Commercial and Business Law
Coordinate and negotiate with the end-user and Supply Chain department for the finalization of the contracts
Coordinate with account managers and other stakeholders for the signing of the contract, its distribution, and be responsible for the administration and archival process of the contracts
Review tenders, RFP on legal aspects
Prepare periodical reports with respect to the legal department
Outline legal and contractual risks in contracts and take effective risk mitigation measures
Assist the stakeholders in comprehension/interpretation of contracts and for resolution of issues arising during contract execution

Candidate Requirements:

Good interpersonal skills
Command over English
Good command in MS-Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel)
String technical knowledge on all legal aspects involving the company's activities especially for the telecommunication sector
Ability to work in teams and independently
Proactive towards participation in special projects and initiatives
High level of integrity
