We constantly hiring excellent resources who can perform Customer Services for our US based clients with full confidence.

Currently we are looking for a customer support executive who could deliver exceptional customer service to our clients in US for a US Based dental office.
Candidates with dental eligibility/billing experience with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
The selected person will be responsible for:
Answering calls with greetings.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Eligibility Verification & Breakdown of benefit.
Calculating Co-payments.
Appointment Reminders.
Pre-Authorization & Follow up.
An excellent salary package, Bonuses and Medical Insurance will be offered to the right candidates as per the skills and expertise.
Also company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.

Requirements:

Intermediate/A-levels or Graduation in any field.
Preference will be given to the person having experience and knowledge of the position.
Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
Night Shift (05:00pm to 02:00am)
